Susan Male

Susan combines a career long engagement in health with senior commercial experience. She originally worked as an Occupational Therapist in Australia and the US in hospitals and occupational health settings before completing her MBA. She then gained more corporate experience as a management consultant and as a senior executive in banking, utilities and health agencies including HBF. Susan has more than 15 years in commercial roles with responsibilties including profit and loss accountability, strategic planning, marketing, communications, service operations and human resources.

A unifying thread throughout these roles has been a focus on client service experience whilst ensuring commercial sustainability. Susan has considerable board experience and is currently the chair of Rocky Bay - one of the largest disability and health service providers in WA.

 

Qualifications: B App Science OT, MBA, AICD, Grad Dip Finance, Diploma in Risk & Governance and Advanced Leadership Program graduate, and Certified Executive and Organisation Coach
